Tasting Notes
Pale lemon in colour with vibrant green tints. This trophy and multiple gold medal winner has the classical Eden Valley lime bouquet with the first hints of complex bottle development. The palate is taut and racy; its superb flinty minerality sliced through by the backbone of fresh lime juice and a touch of honey. Eden Valley Riesling at its finest.
A perfect aperitif. Also a superb accompaniment to oysters, shellfish and grilled white fish.
