This is quintessential Grand Cru Chablis from an outstanding vintage. Intense and elegant on the nose the palate is immensely concentrated and complex with layers of green apple and restrained minerality. The finish is amazingly long! Excellent match for lobster and langoustine
St Emilion Gd Cru is deep ruby in the glass with concentrated black fruit and oak aromas. On the palate, the wine is powerful, with classy wood treatment and a wonderfully rich, sensuous structure and a long finish. Watchwords are accessibility, concentration and supple balance.
