The Biferno Rosso is purply red colour that will develop to garnet with age. The bouquet is complex and intense with hints of blackberry jam. On the palate the wine is velvety and harmonious with pleasant, firm tannins.The Biferno is a highly acclaimed wine and has recently received glowing reviews by Jancis Robinson and Olly Smith. Perfect fireside wine.
The Biferno Bianco is straw yellow with a nose showing ripe stone fruits. This dry white is textured and long on the palate with rounded acidity. Fantastic with roast chicken and turkey of course!
