Our Smoked Salmon from the Orkney Isles is delicately smoked with oak wood chips from the Macallan Whisky Casks for a rich traditional flavour.
The Chablis has excellent Chardonnay bouquet showing subtlety and breed together with a firm underlying richness. The wine is well balanced and has an intricate combination of fruit and acidity. This is classic Chablis of an unusually high quality.
