The chardonnay is soft and restrained on the nose showing good fruit with background notes of new oak and wild yeast lees complexity, it has delicious freshly cut white peach and smoky fig fruit on the palate and finishes soft and clean. Delicious to sip on a hot summer's day and is a perfect accompaniment to fuller flavoured fish such as salmon, creamy pasta dishes, chicken pie and soft cheeses.

 

The Shiraz is dense black hue with a deep garnet rim. Lashings of dusted chocolate with an underlay of dark plum characters can be found on the opulent nose. A beautifully structured and stylish shiraz, where the rich dark fruit flavours are restrained and balanced by the firm, yet soft, fine-grained. Finishes lengthy, complex and textured. Great partner for beef, full-flavoured meat and poultry dishes, good Indian curries, and, of course, perfect with a fine matured cheddar cheese. The quintessential barbecue grill partner.

 

The Cab Sauvignon has soft aromas of violets, black currants and chocolate notes, this is a sofly textured Cabernet with good fruit flavours beautifully balanced by the fine grained tannins and the subtle undertones of fully integrated oak. It is a seamless wine and a delight to sip. Drinking splendidly now, it can be cellared for a further 5 plus years This Cabernet is a wonderful accompaniment to richer red meat dishes and is particularly good with duck.
