How to Use This Site
Our Shopping Cart is easy to use. You can add and delete items as you surf the pages to decide which item you wish to order.
Our Service
We despatch our orders on 24hour and 48hour services for UK Mainland orders. For next day delivery, we must receive your order by 12.00pm midday, for delivery next day. This applies to deliveries Monday through to Friday. Saturday Delivery is extra and is by prior arrangement only. Deliveries to do not apply to Sundays. All items are subject to availability.
Gift Messages and Delivery Instructions
Once you have selected your item, proceed to “Checkout”, where you can add your message, delivery date and other instructions after you have filled in your name, address and payment details.
Prices
All our prices are displayed.
All UK Mainland Delivery Charges are displayed under “see details” for each item.
Delivery to Multiple Addresses
To order gifts to be sent to multiple addresses, you can place several individual orders online, each time giving a different delivery address. We recommend that you create an account so that you do not have to re-type all of your details for every order. OR you may send us an email with all of the details.
International Delivery Charges
If you wish to send an item to an overseas destination, please select the required item, then follow the procedure below:-

View the Shopping Cart (the cart will display UK Delivery Charges by default)

Proceed to Checkout

Fill in your Name, Address and Contact Details

Fill in the Delivery Name and Address

Click “Submit" (the Cart will display international delivery charge)
You can then either submit the order or go back and select another item instead. You can repeat this procedure as many times as required to determine individual shipping charges.
